Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order since everything is personalized and go through processing before they ship.
Processing takes 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
The exact timeline depends on the volume of orders we receive that week — during busier weeks, orders may take the full 7 days. We appreciate your patience, and we'll always keep you updated if anything changes with your order.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and handed to our courier, delivery takes:

Delivery estimates are provided by our courier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during holidays, sale periods, weather disruptions, or due to courier backlogs — these are outside our control.
Same-Day Delivery
We also offer same-day delivery for eligible orders.
Please message us on Instagram [@yourhandle] before placing your order so we can confirm availability, coverage, and the additional delivery fee. Same-day delivery requests made after checkout cannot be accommodated.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll send your tracking number via [email / Instagram DM]. Please allow up to [24–48 hours] for tracking to update on the courier's website.
Before You Order
Double-check your complete delivery address (include barangay) and contact number at checkout. We're unable to edit addresses once an order has been shipped.
